Annie Briard
Annie Briard is a Montreal artist with a BFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Concordia University. She produces work in a multitude of media including painting, performance, textiles, video, film animation and interactive technologies. She is co-founder and editor-in-chief of Les Fleurs du Mal art magazine and has also served as contributing Arts Editor for The Concordian newspaper. When she is not working in the studio, Annie combines her writing and organisational experience to promote the art scene by directing communications for artist-run centres and festivals, and enjoys organising community art events.

Ed Janzen
Ed Janzen moved to Montreal from Winnipeg in 2004 to study fine arts at Concordia University, where he worked in fibres, print media, video, sound art and other media. He became a founding publisher and editor of Les Fleurs du Mal magazine as a way to link his journalist and activist past with his current artistic practice. Ed will be commencing an M.F.A. program at the University of Ottawa in September, 2008.

Les Fleurs du Mal is Montreal's bilingual magazine for emerging and professional artists dealing with contemporary art and its concerns.
Les Fleurs du Mal is published on an occasional basis, and is produced entirely by volunteer labour. The magazine is distributed free of charge at selected locations throughout central Montreal as well as certain locations across Canada and abroad.
